★ The Govt of India (GOI) is aggressively promoting Export of Agricultural and Processed Foods from the country through APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Foods Export Development Authority).
★ The largest amount of Fruits and Vegetables among all states in India is produced in Bihar state.
★ In light of the above facts; the intention of this NGO – to promote Export of Agricultural and Processed Foods from Bihar state is quite LOGICAL, TIMELY and INNOVATIVE.
★ This NGO has NO EXPERIENCE in NGO operations in Bihar.
★ It has no established network of Ground–level workers all over Bihar state.
★ This NGO would select SUITABLE INDIVIDUALS to be supported as Exporters of Agricultural and Processed Foods from the entire Bihar state; in partnership with a College in Business Management in the state.
★ It would be entirely staffed by Ex–Servicemen of the Indian Army from Bihar state.
★ Advice/Suggestions of Specialists and Experts in all related fields would be taken and strictly implemented.
★ The stature and respect of India in the Global stage has greatly risen in the recent past and this has translated into a greater market for Indian produce in many countries on Planet Earth.
★ The Govt of India (GOI) is also giving many incentives to Exports through various Schemes for Exporters in the country.
★ This opportunity should be leveraged by the Business sector in Bihar state to raise the incomes of the farmers in the state.
★ No Threat can be visualised at this stage by this Society.
★ The absence of funds is the only threat felt at this stage for this effort to materialise.
