1. a) Arun Jha was Commissioned into the Intelligence Corps of the Indian Army on 13 June 1992.
2. After that; he was posted to the Siachen Glacier, the highest battlefield in the world till July 1993.
3. Then he was sent for the Infantry Young Officer’s Course – 71 where he sustained a SEVERE Head Injury in a Road Traffic Accident on night 12/13 Nov 1993.
4. Due to this accident; 2/Lt Arun Jha was in COMA for 20 days because his SKULL was fractured in 23 places.
5. Still, he recovered (almost) completely; retaining his earlier abilities and continued in his Military service. 6. Major Arun Jha took Premature Retirement from his Military service (with Pension) in Feb 2013; to contribute towards the development of Bihar state in his own small way.

4. The largest amounts of Fruits and Vegetables among all states in India are grown in its Bihar state.
5. This NGO would support eligible residents of the entire Bihar state to raise – and operate – their own Export Oriented Businesses in their areas.

1. Major Arun Jha (Retired), 52 yrs, is the Secretary of this NGO.
2. He proceeded on premature retirement from his Military service in the Indian Army (with Pension) in Feb 2013.
