OPERATING PROCEDURES

Operating Procedures

★ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) would be evolved for Organised, well – planned and disciplined operations of this NGO (Society) over many years that is; Decades, Centuries and Millenniums.

★ Two Committees as given below would manage smooth Operations of this NGO.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

It would mainly focus on the Procurement and Management of Funds for the NGO.

COMMENT:- All parties in this Committee who get funds deposited in the Bank A/c of this Society would automatically get 5% of the net amount Credited into their Bank Accounts.


ADVISORY COMMITTEE

This Committee would deal with the planning and Execution of all activity of this Society from the Overall perspective. All issues related with the long–Term impact of decisions of this NGO in the immediate and delayed on Bihar, India and its future sustainability would be discussed threadbare.


COMMENTS

★ Members of this Committee would be specialists in fields related to the focus of this Society.

★ Names of suitable (desirable) Specialists could be considered by the Advisory Committee; which would meet Twice every year, or as and when required.

★ Both Committees could have the same members if felt proper.

★ In the initial years; the Specialists would be arranged by the Secretary of this Society, Major Arun Jha (Retd), 52 yrs.

★ The concerned Specialists could be given a decided amount of Honorariums for attending various meetings.
