To contribute towards raising the Economy of Bihar state in India.
To raise the Export of Agricultural and Processed Foods from Bihar state in India.
To ensure an increase in the number of small Exporters of agricultural and processed Foods from Bihar state in India.
This NGO would ensure an increase in the number of merchant exporters in Bihar state exporting Agricultural and Processed Foods from the state.
For this; the Society (NGO) would promote suitable individual Merchant exporters in Bihar state; as under:
★ This NGO would select prospective exporters from within Bihar state in partnership with a College in Business Management in the state.
★ In the initial years – till an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) is reached with the College in Business Management in Bihar state and this NGO; the prospective exporters would be selected by the NGO by its own efforts.
★ The INDIVIDUALS would all be, confirmed to be capable of operating an international business from Bihar state in India.
★ Residents of Bihar state, between 25 to 40 years of age.
★ Minimum Graduates in any field; suitably motivated to operate an international business from Bihar state.
★ Should have confirmed access to sources of some agricultural and/or processed foods grown in Bihar state.
★ Have Basic acceptable (working) knowledge of the English language to facilitate their Training and actual operations in exports from India.
★ All selected individuals would give a Legal undertaking to this NGO that they would operate their Export related enterprises in Bihar state.
★ Also that their enterprises would Export only agricultural and processed foods from the state.
★ Terms to ensure this desired aim would evolve and be updated with experience.
★ After they accept these Terms; this NGO would award all selected INDIVIDUALS with a One Person (Pvt Ltd) Company (OPC) under the Indian Companies Act, 2013; registered in their names.
★ By this; they would be suitably equipped to operate an Export related enterprise in India.
★ COMMENT-> The One Person Company (OPC) is the IDEAL – Cheapest and Best – Legal structure for an Export related enterprise in India.
★ This NGO would sponsor practical Courses in Export Management in Mumbai, Ahmedabad etc. for all Directors of its OPCs.
★ Directors of the OPCs related with this NGO attending the Courses would be Re–Imbursed their expenses for these Courses by this NGO; on producing suitable proof.
★ This NGO would CONNECT its OPCs with MSMEs of Agricultural and Processed Foods in their district.
★ The OPCs of this NGO could Export the Agricultural and Processed Foods products of the MSMEs of Agricultural and Processed Foods referred to them; if they are comfortable with their Terms and Conditions.
★ This NGO would also address the issues and problems of its OPCs.
As per existing orders of the Govt of India; there is to be a DEPC (District Export Promotion Committee) in each district in Bihar state.
They may be headed by the District Development Officer/ DM/Collector/DC of the district and staffed by various other stakeholders.
The primary function of the DEPC is to prepare and act on District specific action plans in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders from the Centre, State and District level.
This NGO would address the issues of its One Person (Pvt Ltd) Companies by approaching the concerned members of these DEPCs.
Conduct Business Plan Competitions for (newly raised and Existing) Micro Food Processing Units in Bihar state in partnership with a College in Business Management in Bihar state.
Selected winners on the VIABILITY of their plans and on their ELIGIBILITY for various Govt schemes.
Enable registered Micro Food Processing Units (FPUs) in Bihar state to avail the incentives promised from the Govt; and also follow up on unactioned applications.
Facilitate Marketing of the products of its FPUs at profitable rates through its Exporting Units (OPCs).
Export related enterprises in India are GUARANTEED success in these times if they execute their operations in a CALM, DELIBERATE and PROPER manner.
This NGO would carry out CALM and THOROUGH study of the PROPER method of carrying out Exports; and execute its activity as per the advice of specialists and experts.
This NGO has the FAITH that it would be able to achieve its aim (objective) of promoting the profitability of FPUs in Bihar state.
